Important Updates On How B E Y O N D S K I N with Michelle Suero is Responding To The Coronavirus
We understand it is a stressful time for many of our clients. You need us more than ever, and we are here for you. We are putting several precautionary measures in place and making your health and our staff's health our utmost priority.
We want to assure you we have strict daily protocols for cleaning and sanitizing our Haus as part of our regular operation. We are adding additional precautions and feel confident in providing you a clean, well-maintained haus.
In view of the Novel Coronavirus situation, Beyond Skin with Michelle Suero is taking the following precautionary measures:
Increase frequency of hand washing with anti-bacterial soap and/or disinfecting with hand sanitizer before and after seeing every client.
(We already have strict protocols for this process as part of our regular operation)
Regular communication and training for staff on following CDC guidelines for businesses working with the public during the outbreak
Removing and/or regularly sanitizing shared items such as shared neck wraps, linens, cookie platter, pens, clipboards, etc. for public use
Increase frequency of cleaning and disinfecting all workstations, all treatment rooms and all public areas after each client
We always keep a clean and safe environment including washing and disinfecting all linens, tools, equipment, door knobs, hard surfaces and public areas (bathrooms, waiting areas, treatment rooms, checkout counter, floors, furniture, supplies as part of our daily sanitation procedures)
Working with staff if they or their family members are sick and need to stay home.
What We Ask of You
To ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and customers, we ask clients who are sick, have been sick in the last two weeks or have close family members who are sick to reschedule your appointments to a later date.
Please bring a mask with you for you appointments. If you do not have one we will provide one for you.
Please sanitize your hand upon entering the spa with the provided hand sanitizer.
Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment if they are not also getting a service.
We understand it is a stressful time, and we will be flexible with you. We ask you call us to cancel or reschedule as soon as you can. By rescheduling your appointments, you are contributing to the health of our Elles' Haus of Aesthetics community and our community at large. We appreciate you for doing so!
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment
Gratuities are not included in price and are prefered not be included on credit card payments
Gift cards are redeemed only at time of service
Gift cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash gratuity
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice lose the full 100% payment already charged Non refundable service fee at the time of booking as a deposit reservation & cancellation/ no show fee. This fee is deducted from the original service price during check out.
As a courtesy to other guests, please do not bring children
Please turn off cell phones and pagers upon entering the facility
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave your valuables at home

Retail Policy: No refunds, exchanges only within 14 days with receipt, for a compensated service.
We do not guarantee the longevity of results of services performed by our therapise/ estheticians without the use of suggested professional products at home
Beyond Skin with Michelle Suero no longer allows cancellations nor refunds. Payments must be made in full upon booking. Failure to produce a 48 hour notice will result in forfeiting the opportunity to reschedule as well as losing your payment. If unable to give a 45 hour notice due to unforeseen COVID exposure, proof of positive test results must be produced to qualify for a rescheduling. No further exceptions will be allowed.
Please be patient while waiting for responses. Fortunately, I am blessed with an expansive and enthusiastic clientele and I am so thankful for so much support. However, please understand this means that my inbox can at time overflood even as I do my very best, as a solo esthetician, to answer all messages as soon as possible. Your messages will be answered within 72 hours. If you contacted me to reschedule within the 48 hour deadline and I did not respond, no worries! I will honor the fact you reached out within 48 hours and will allow you to reschedule.

By booking any service or workshop you are agreeing to these terms and conditions
Client consents to each and every service provided by Elles' Haus of Aesthetics, and all of its employees and estheticians each photograph, videotape or other likeness of attendee/client taken/recorded, Such uses may include, but are not limited to, every use in a publication, newspaper, advertisement, website, videotape, television show, or other publication or recording. Attendee also waives any right to compensation for such uses, or to inspect or approve the uses beforehand. Attendee releases Elles' Haus of Aesthetics, its legal representatives, and all persons acting under its permission or authority, from any liability for any blurring, distortion, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur or be produced, as well as any publication or uses thereof.
